About Me
👋 I'm Steph — a storyteller and bridge worker who's walked through fear, found grace, and is still finding it.
I grew up in a rigid, fundamentalist faith that shaped how I saw myself and the world. For years I carried fear, anxiety, and a sense of never being enough. Walking through my own healing changed that — slowly, I found love, grace, and freedom, and learned to see myself and others with more compassion.
My path hasn't been a straight line. I've explored many careers and studied a little psychology, a little philosophy, and a lot of personal growth and spirituality. Every step — even the detours — has shaped the way I listen, ask questions, and hold space for others.
Today I show up as a bridge worker, storyteller, and speaker. I believe in nuance, in grace, and in the beauty of genuine connection. Through writing, speaking, and podcasting, I create spaces where people feel safe to be human — to explore, to heal, and to grow.
My hope is simply this: that together, we can grow into stronger, kinder, more compassionate communities.

"We all need the right balance of empathy and hope."
